STL Boutique Moms grew out of a conversation one Fall night. How could I help my sister in law market her stay at home business on the web. We needed an inexpensive way to get the word out and build her brand awareness. In addition, she had tons of friends in the same situation. All wanted to support their family and build their business, but needed an inexpensive way to do it.

And then the light bulb went off…what if we created one website where all of the businesses were listed. And we can could add other Mom’s across the St. Louis metro area and make the website a one stop shop for supporting Stay at Home Moms.

Enter STL Boutique Moms.

STL Boutique Moms launched in November 2008 and has been growing every since. This year, my husband Ryan joined me in the business and is now our Sales Executive, helping to get new Moms on the website.

So you probably are wondering if I’m a stay at home Mom. I’m not – I’m a working mom who has the upmost respect for Stay at Home Moms (SAHMs). I have even more respect for SAHMs that run their own business out of their homes. The dedication it takes to do this and raise children is truly amazing. Because of this, I like to buy gifts, services and unique items for my children and family from these Moms!
