Cary's Kids started as a few postings on Craigslist in a desperate attempt to make some quick cash after Cary's husband lost his job a few years ago. She had an embroidery machine that she really hadn't done much with and decided it was time to put it to use. The response was amazing! Cary started learning new things and finding new things to embroider. She then started listing on Ebay and Etsy and finally started her own web site.

Cary finds it such a blessing to be able to be a part of a very special time in peoples lives, whether it be a gift for a new baby, Big/Little Brother/Sister shirts, Baptism gifts or First Birthday attire. In researching other embroidery business', she realized she needed to do something to set herself apart from others and that is why she decided to specialize in custom designs. Cary digitizes and makes her own designs most of the time. This makes business very interesting as she have gotten some unusual requests.

In an effort to expand business, Cary has also added Vinyl Art to my business, making Vinyl Wall art and personalized products with vinyl! She hopes to eventually open a real storefront, somewhere locally.

I grew up in St. Louis with two loving parents and three siblings. My husband and I have an amazing little one, Jacob, who is almost sixteen months old. I am forever thankful that my husband allows me to carry along my camera on one hip for as many hours as I have had Jacob on the other, for standing behind me dancing and singing and doing whatever possible to get that perfect giggle, and for believing in my ability. After teaching high school mathematics for a few years, I decided to return to my true passion, photography. There's nothing more fulfilling than capturing the magnificent moments in our lives. I see beauty in precious smiles behind innocent faces, between tiny toes of newborns, within the treasured love of a couple, and on the glowing, blooming bellies of soon-to-be mommas.
